Bid Now Instructions and Requirements

Bid Now allows you to bid on a property listed on our website, over a designated time period, from anywhere in the world, 24/7. Find the property you want to bid on and let the bidding begin.

1. All properties sell "As Is, Where Is" with no contingencies of any kind, with all faults, and without any warranties.

2. A bidder must create on online account to be registered and receive a password with The Auction Way Company before placing an actual bid. Please register under "Become A Client". On this online auction, please do not fill out the credit card information that is on the "Become A Client" form. After you send in the "Become A Client" application - you will receive a password within three to four hours.

3. Most properties will have a "Buy Now" price. A registered bidder may purchase the property at the "Buy Now" price or you may bid in increments until the "Bid Now" Auction expires. This online auction expires at midnight on Tuesday, May 5th.

4. If no registered bidder purchases the property at the 'Buy Now' price, the highest qualified offer will be considered.

5. Once an offer is accepted, the winning bidder will be notified and will be expected to execute a cash contract. The contract and 10% earnest money must be received within 48 hours of notification.

6. Proof of funds or lender approval letter is required.

7. The seller pays for Title Insurance.

8. All properties are sold free and clear of taxes and liens.

9. Closings will be on or within 30 days unless otherwise notified.
