SALE SCHEDULE: Sunday, June 9, at 3:30 PM. EST (All times Eastern time)

AUCTION SITE DIRECTIONS: From the LaGrange downtown square take Broad Street; go west 0.66 miles to Lagrange College, keep to the right onto Country Club Road, continue 1 mile to 601 Country Club Road, property is on the left.

AUCTION SITE: At the property.

INSPECTION: By private appointments anytime or at the open houses; auction personnel will be on site from 2:00 to 6:00 pm EST on May 24th, 25th, 31st and June 1st, 7th, 8th and 10 am to auction time on June 9th.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) percent will be added to the accepted bid on the real estate.

EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT: Ten (10) percent deposit sale day.

HOW PROPERTY SELLING: Home Sells Absolute.

CLOSING DATE AND POSSESSION: Closing must occur on or within 30 days of the auction, by and at the office (or by mail) of Mack Reynolds – Hogansville, Georgia, 706/637-8431. Possession takes place at closing.
