SALE SCHEDULE: Sunday, October 31 at 2:30 P.M.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 540 Alexander Road, Grantville (Coweta County), Georgia.

FARM/AUCTION SITE DIRECTIONS: From I85, Exit Number 35, Take exit to hwy. 29, turn left (south), go 2/10 tenths, to first right (Griffin Street) go1.5 miles into Grantville; in Grantville turn right on Main Street (west), go through town part, at end of block, go straight across on Cooley Street, go 6/10 tenths, to a fork, take left fork, Grandma Branch Road, go 8/10 tenths, to farm, a total of 2.9 miles from I-85.

AUCTION OFFICE SITE: The Auction Way Company office trailer is located at the house, so follow driveways to house on hill.

INSPECTION: By appointments anytime. Auction personnel will be on site from 10:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. daily beginning Sunday, October 17th to Auction Day. It will be best to call for an appointment for a personal private tour. You are welcome to drive the property on your own, anytime, as all gates are open for your convenience, and parcels are well marked.

SURVEY: A new and current survey has been completed of the property.

SURVEY COST: Buyer's at closing will be charged $8.00 per acre purchased for survey, with buyer's name.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) percent will be added to the accepted bid on the real estate, equipment and furniture.

SALES TAX: 7% sales tax on furniture.

TERMS ON REAL ESTATE: Not less than Ten (10) percent earnest money deposit due day of auction (we will take your check), other important terms and information listed in the "Terms and Conditions", available online at our web site or in the catalog.

TERMS FOR EQUIPMENT & FURNITURE: Payment in full auction day with cash or good check, no credit card and 7% sales tax.

NOTICE: Prospective buyers should contact auction personnel for additional information. The catalog/due diligence package contains the terms and conditions, covenants and restrictions, survey plat, a copy of the purchase contract you will be required to sign and other valuable information. A large survey plat is available upon request.
