SALE SCHEDULE: Monday June 9, at 6:15 P.M.

PROPERTY LOCATION: McGowans Ferry Road, Childersburg (Talladega County), Alabama.

FARM/AUCTION SITE DIRECTIONS: In Childersburg at Hwy. 280 and the intersection of Hwy. 76 (1 mile SE of river) turn SW on Hwy. 8 Childersburg – Fayetteville Highway, go 3.4 miles to a fork, go right on Hwy. 34 McGowans Ferry Road for 5.1 miles to the property on left side of road across from Lay Lake. Property and parcels are well marked.

INSPECTION: Auction personnel will be on site from 3:00 P.M. until 6:30 P.M. on May 23, 24, 30, 31, June 6, 7 and 1:30 pm to auction time on Monday, June 9th. Property may be viewed at anytime; you are welcome to drive the property (gates are open), or at the open houses or by private appointment, call for your personal private tour.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) percent will be added to the accepted bid, for the contract price.

HOW PROPERTY SELLING: Sells ABSOLUTE WITH NO MINIMIUMS OR RESVERATIONS. Property will be offered in parcels at so much per acre, with high bidder taking choice of one or more, with the sale order and how offered, at the sole discretion of the auctioneer in charge.
