LOCATION DIRECTIONS: From Standing Rock, Alabama: take Chambers County Road 278 west for 0.78 miles, turn right (north) on Co. Road 282, go 0.45 miles to the property.

INSPECTION: By appointments anytime, open house June 5, 12 and 14, 2 P.M. to 6 P. M., Saturday 15, 8 A.M. to auction time at 10:00 A.M. CDT

TERMS REAL ESTATE: Ten (10) percent earnest money deposit, make out to The Auction Way Co./Escrow account.

TERMS EQUIPMENT: Payment in full day of auction by cash or good check.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) Percent on both real estate and equipment.

CLOSING ON REAL ESTATE: Closing within 30 days at the office of Don Cleveland, Attorney; West Point, GA; 706.643.9552.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: From the auction box on auction day will take precedence over any printed information contained in this brochure, catalog and/or any other advertisements.

GUARANTEE: Everything sells "as is, where is", and there are no guarantees other than title, express or implied.

REMOVAL: Immediately after the auction through Tuesday, June 18, 9A.M. until 6 P.M. Other times by appointment.
