SALE SCHEDULE: Monday June 30th., at 2:00 P.M.

FARM/AUCTION SITE DIRECTIONS: From I-59 take exit 218 go east on Gleen Blvd SW, go 1 mile, turn left on Gault Ave N go to 1st. St W, turn right toward Railroad Ave., go .04 miles, turn right onto Mountain Rd SE/County Hwy-78 To Adamsburg Rd/Hwy-78, 3.1 miles, turn right on Valhalla Rd SE .03 miles to the property on the right. 4.9 miles to the property from I-59.

INSPECTION: By mutual appointments, call for your personal private tour. or at open houses, auction personnel will be on site from 2:00 P.M. until 6:30 P.M. on June 16, 20, 25, and 10:30 P.M. to auction time at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, June 30th.

SURVEY: At Buyer's expense if needed to close.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) percent will be added to the accepted bid, for the contract price.

HOW PROPERTY SELLING: Sells ABSOLUTE WITH NO MINIMIUMS OR RESVERATIONS. Property will be offered as a whole at so much per acre, with the sale order and how offered, at the sole discretion of the auctioneer in charge.
