Absolute Auction - TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE AUCTION
BIDDING: Each lot will be sold to the highest bidder absolute without reserve.
DISPUTES: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids. Auctioneer's decision on such matters will be final.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements from the auction box shall take precedence over the information received from advertisements, this catalog or elsewhere. All information published was furnished to us by sources believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed.
LIABILITY: All persons who attend the Auction do so at their own risk. Neither the sellers and / nor The Auction Way Company nor any other person connected with the auction assume any liability, legal or otherwise, for any accident which may occur.
TERMS OF SALE: Terms of the auction are payments in full by cash or good check, sale day. Make checks payable to The Auction Way Company. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A Ten (10%) Buyer's Premium will be added to each final bid.
TAXES: Unless exempt by Georgia Law, or you have a vehicle or merchandise resale tax license, you will be charged 7% for vehicles and 7% on merchandise.
GUARANTEE: Vehicles and merchandise sells "As Is" and "Where Is" with no warranties expressed or implied and there are no guarantees, but ever effort has been made to give descriptions and call all known faults. Buyers have ample time to inspect the vehicles and merchandise selling.
TITLES: Fee of fifty (50.00) dollars, title handling fee, charged on each vehicle. Titles on titled vehicles will be mailed to thebuyers from the State.
