DESCRIPTIONS OF PARCELS

Parcel 1:
304.95 +/- Acres: Has 6,500 +/- square feet main home situated on a high point next to a 4.5 acre lake with a panoramic view of the lake and property. Horse barn, pipe paddocks, synthetic golf course, paved helicopter landing pad, paved road from private entrance on CR312 to house and barn.
