AUCTION SITE DIRECTIONS: From Columbus I-185, take exit 10 J.R. Allen Parkway (Hwy 80E/22E) go east 6 miles to intersection of Manchester Expressway (Hwy 85) and Macon Road (Hwy 80E/22E) go 20 miles to and continue on 96E for 6 miles to Junction City, at Brown Brothers Sand sign, turn right on Mauk Road (Hwy 90), go 3.5 miles turn left on Hays Drive, go 1 mile turn left on Henry Currington Road go 2.7 miles to and turn right on Sandy Trail go .5 miles to TL Ranch. From I-75 take Hwy 96W to Fort Valley, To Reynolds, to Butler, then turn left on Buena Vista Road (137) go 3.6 miles to Henry Currington Road, turn right go 4 miles to TL Ranch.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) percent Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid for the final total.

EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT: Ten (10) percent of contract price due auction day we will take your good check. Make check out to R. Sean McPhail closing attorney and escrow agent.

HOW SELLING: Parcel 1 sells subject to Seller's confirmation all other parcels sell ABSOLUTE The sale order and how offered is at the sole discretion of the auctioneer in charge.

BEEFMASTER CATTLE/EQUIPMENT INFORMATION

HOW SELLING: Absolute, condition "AS IS, WHERE IS, NO GUARANTEES". Vehicles have good titles; there are no liens. Cattle papers will be transferred from seller to buyer by 3G Sales and Services.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) percent Buyer's Premium will be added to cattle and equipment's final bid.

GEORGIA SALE TAX: Will be collected on equipment where applicable. Local sales tax is 8%. Vehicles have a TAVT tax of 7% on state estimated value not selling price. If ag tax exempt bring your GATE cards.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment in full auction day. We will take your good checks made out to The Auction Way Company. We do not accept credit cards.

LOAD OUT: After the auction and Sunday 21ST and Monday 22nd 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. after that by an appointment.
