SALE SCHEDULE: Sunday, September 22 at 3:30 P.M.

AUCTION SITE DIRECTIONS: From I-85, Exit 18, go west on Lafayette Parkway for 0.8 miles, turn right on N Davis Road stay (go through red light at Hogansville Rd.) on Davis Road Bypass, go 3.6 miles, turn right on Young's Mill Road, go 1.2 miles turn left on Old Young's Mill Road, go 0.07 miles to dead end turn left, go 0.07 miles to the first drive way on the right, turn right, continue down the driveway to the home.

AUCTION OFFICE SITE: At the home, follow driveway to the home.

INSPECTION: By appointments anytime; or at open houses, auction personnel will be on site from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. on the following dates, September 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, and on auction Day from 11:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Best to call for an appointment for a personal private tour. Cloister lots may be viewed any time by drive by.

REAL ESTATE SELLS: Sells Subject To Owner's Confirmation.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) percent will be added to the accepted bid on the real estate.

TERMS ON REAL ESTATE: Not less than Ten (10) percent earnest money deposit due day of auction (we will take your personal check), other important terms and information listed in the catalog "Terms and Conditions", available online at our web site.

SURVEY: If buyer needs a survey other than the recorded lot plat, it will be at buyer's expense.

POSSESSION: Possession will be given 14 days (negotiable) after closing.

NOTICE: Prospective buyers should contact auction personnel for additional information. The catalog/due diligence package contains the terms and conditions, covenants and restrictions, survey plat, a copy of the purchase contract you will be required to sign and other valuable information. A current survey plat is available upon request.
