AUCTION SITE: At the Skydive Spaceland Airport, 16111 FM 521, Rosharon, Texas 77583
OPEN HOUSE/INSPECTION: AT THE PROPERTY, real estate and equipment daily from 12:00 noon until 5:00 pm; Friday, December 5 thru Thursday, December 18th. On auction day December 19th, 10:00 am to auction time at 12:00 pm. Equipment will be moved on Wednesday, December 17th to airport for inspection on Thursday the 18th.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: Five (5) percent Buyer's Premium will be added to the accepted bid to arrive at the total sales price.
HOW PROPERTY SELLS: At Absolute Auction. The sale order and how offered is at the sole discretion of the auctioneer in charge.
TERMS ON REAL ESTATE: Ten (10) Percent earnest money deposit auction day. Your good check will be deposited into the escrow account of Alamo Title Company. For more detail see Terms and Conditions in bid package or on the website.
REAL ESTATE CLOSING DATE AND POSSESSION: Real Estate closing must occur on or within 30 days of the auction, by and at the office (or by mail) of Alamo Title Company, Alvin, Texas, Katherine Johnson at 281-331-5275. Possession of real estate takes place at closing on the Property.
TERMS ON EQUIPMENT/GUNS: Payment in full auction day. Bring bank letter guaranteeing your good check, made out to The Auction Way Company. After purchase, pick up guns at licensed dealer listed and complete required paperwork. Equipment must be removed by December 20th, 5:00 pm.
PICK UP GUNS: Must pick up all guns at Big Kountry Shooting, Eric Kennear, Alvin, Texas; 281-388-1814 you must pass background check and fill out documents required for the transfer of gun to you. If you think that you cannot pass a background check, then do not purchase a gun.
TEXAS SALES TAX: Texas sales tax of 8.25% will be collected unless you bring a dealer's exempt document to the auction or if from out of state.
