AUCTION SCHEDULE: Saturday June 30th at 10 a.m.
AUCTION SITE LOCATION: On the farm at Wares Cross Roads, LaGrange, Georgia.
DIRECTIONS: (2) ways, From I85 exit 13, take Hwy 219 north 4.4 miles, to Moody Bridge Road (still 219) turn left, go 4.5 miles to Wares Cross Roads, turn right go 1 mile to auction site. From I85 exit 14, take Hwy 27, go north 3.7 miles to Wares Cross Roads, turn left go 1.6 miles to auction site.
CONSIGNMENTS: Bring your consignments to the auction site daily beginning Mon., June 25 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.. bring title for all vehicles and trailers, or we will not sell.
COMMISSION: 10% Buyer's Premium, 10% Seller's Commission, 0% No Sale.
TERMS: Good checks or cash, payable in full auction day.
INSPECTION: Friday June 29th 9 a.m. to 5pm, Sat. 8 a.m. until auction time at 10 a.m.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten Percent (10%) will be added to your final bid.
GA. SALES TAX: Seven Percent (7%) most true farm equipment exempt.
TERMS: Not absolute, sells "As Is Where Is" no guarantees expressed or implied.
