SALE SCHEDULE: Saturday, June 9, at 2:00 PM. EST (All times Eastern time)

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1040 Quail Run Road, Lanett, Alabama 36863.

AUCTION SITE DIRECTIONS: From exit 2 on I-85, go west on Ga. Hwy. 219 for 1.7 miles to river bridge, cross bridge, take first right, go to 4th Ave., take right, go to 10th Street (light), turn left, go 0.4 miles to Chambers County 289 (Fredonia Road), turn right, go 5.2 miles to Quail Run Subdivision and the property. From Five Points, Alabama and SR 431, turn east on Chambers County 222, go 5.3 miles, stay straight and onto Chambers County 289, continue for 4.2 miles to Quail Run Subdivision and the property.

AUCTION SITE: At the property under the auction tent.

INSPECTION: By appointments anytime. Auction personnel will be on site from 3:00 to 7:00 PM EST on May 25, 26, 31 and June 1, 2, 7, 8 and 10am to auction time on June 9th.

SURVEY: See Terms and Conditions.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: Ten (10) percent will be added to the accepted bid on the real estate, and to the furniture to arrive at the total price.

HOW PROPERTY SELLING: Home Sells subject to the seller's confirmation; Furniture sells absolute. The sale order and how offered are at the sole discretion of the auctioneer in charge.

CLOSING DATE AND POSSESSION: Closing must occur on or within 30 days of the auction, by and at the office (or by mail) of William L Nix, Attorney, 1108 3rd Ave., West Point, Ga. 706-645-1381. Possession takes place at closing on the home. Possession is day of auction on furniture.
